After an awful experience elsewhere, I came to this clinic for a second opinion. From the beginning, it was a night and day difference. When I called, I was in tears because of the frustration from the previous doctor and the fact that I had had to put my cat down the day before. The receptionist was kind and calm with me and was able to get me scheduled for the next day eith Dr. Hall. The check in process was easy. The MA, Kristin, (unsure of her exact qualifications) was very kind, helpful, and sympathetic when I explained the previous doctor. When Dr. Hall came in, he was efficient but with good manners. He spoke directly to me (instead of my husband, like the other doctor) and was displeased with the advice I had been given by the other podiatrist. He had the MA take new xrays and fit me with a new walking and sleeping boot. He went over results with me, did a thorough exam, and went over the recovery plan. Dr. Hall then filled out my leave note for my HR and the medical leave paperwork for the state right then and there for me and scheduled my follow up to take place before my estimated return to work. I came to their office feeling frustrated and as if the medical system was failing me. The doctor was able to address my ingrown toenails with minimal discomfort. I’m confident in the end result and if I need follow up then I’ll definitely be coming back here. The doctor was able to numb my toes with minimal discomfort and address my ingrown toenails with no issues at all. What really sets this office apart is the entire staff — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure you understand the process and next steps, which makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with injuries or surgery. Not only have I trusted Dr. Hall for my own care, but two of my kids have also had ankle injuries and we’ve taken them to see Dr. Hall as well.
